Caravan goes up in flames at Furnissdale caravan park

A caravan has gone up in flames in Furnissdale overnight.

Fire crews were called to the blaze at Peel Caravan Park on Pinjarra Road around 9.30pm.

It was quickly extinguished, but the caravan was destroyed.

The damage bill has been put at $20,000.

It is understood two people suffered smoke inhalation.

The cause is not yet known.
