Officers were patrolling the area on December 27 around 9.20am when they saw a car parked at Rosher Park.
They located the man and a 15-year-old girl on the backseat of the car and during a search of the vehicle police allegedly found condoms and a mobile phone containing sexual conversations with girls under the age of 16.
