Food sensations for adults is a community nutrition program for adults 18+ who want to increase their food literacy skills. During four sessions held over 5 weeks, you will learn to cook tasty, easy recipes and get involved in fun nutrition activities. It’s a free program and participants are encouraged to attend all 4 sessions. Registrations essential.
