Feeling a little strung out and stressed? Work deadlines got you down? A meditation workshop is happening on the 16th of February from 9:30am - 11:30am at the Safety Bay Library. Learn to unwind and relax the mind in this 2-hour session. Do bring a yoga mat and a cushion to the session. It's perfect for adults and seniors!
