The sad news of the passing of a Hollywood darling.
Following the tragic new that US actress Erin Moran suddenly passed away on Saturday, her former co-stars and colleagues have taken to social media to pay tribute to her.
Police said an emergency team in Indiana responded to a call on Saturday afternoon and found her dead. The cause of death is not yet know.
Moran starred in the hit TV series Happy Days in the 70's playing Joanie Cunningham, the younger sister of the lead character, Richie.
She also starred in the spin off series of Joanie Loves Chachi with Scott Baio, which lasted two seasons before being axed.
The actress was well loved by her peers but had hit some hard times in later years battling alcohol and drug addiction .
