Dockers set season back on course

The Dockers have won another final quarter thriller this time defeating the Swans by one-point at Optus Stadium.

It's the fourth game this season the Dockers have won where the margin has been under a goal.

Fremantle came from 10-points down at half time to reach the lead by just seven-points at the final break.

The home side managed just one goal in the final term as the Swans kicked two majors in the last quarter to nearly still victory.

Ed Langdon scored the deciding point with just under a minute and a half left on the clock that eventually was the deciding score in the 7.10.52 to 7.9.51 triumph.

Rory Lobb kicked three goals for the winners and was the only multiple goal scorer.

The Dockers move to 32-points on the AFL ladder and are now just one game outside of the top eight.
