A real disappointing West Coast Eagles have been dismantled by Collingwood to the tune of 45-points.
It was a poor performance to deliver in Shannon Hurn's 300th game, four goals in the final quarter from the Eagles making the 14.6.90 to 6.9.45 final score look slightly more respectable.
Eagles coach Adam Simpson reflecting on the game said his side needed to get better real quick.
“Couldn’t stop their uncontested game and their run and overlap. They made the most of theirs, we missed our shots. The second quarter was disappointing, really disappointing" Simpson said.
“It was defensively poor. Offensively there were some poor decisions made as well.
“Then we chased our tails for the rest of the day as well. Really disappointing day altogether.”
Jamie Cripps the only multiple goal-scorer.
