Flames claim big scalp

The Rockingham Flames have climbed to third place on the men's standings after a nine-point win over the Joondalup Wolves.

It's a major victory for the Flames toppling the ladder leading Wolves 77-68 to move within four-points of them at the top of the competition. 

Caleb White led the scoring for Rockingham with 21-points while Chudier Pal contributed with 19-points.

Earlier in the night, the Flames women's side had a 14-point victory.

Darcee Garbin led the way on the scoresheet to a 23-point game.

Flames sit sixth on the women's SBL standings.
