Glory score impressive win

Perth Glory's season has begun in emphatic style defeating Adelaide United 5-3 at HBF Park.

A Nick D'Agostino brace the catalyst for Richard Garcia's first win as senior coach.

Glory led 2-1 at half-time thanks to goals from Neil Kilkenny and D'Agostino.

Just after half time Bruno Fornaroli combined with Andy Keogh to score the teams third.

D'Agostino headed home close range a short time later after being left unchecked at a free kick.

Over 6,000 fans attended the clash and they would have left pleased knowing Perth were big winners without Diego Castro (leg), Chris Ikonomidis (knee) and Osama Mailk (defender).

Perth are next back in action on January 23 against Western United in Geelong.
