Mandurah City claim another victory

Mandurah City have claimed another scalp this time a 2-1 victory over UWA Nedlands.

UWA were out of the blocks early with the opening blow on the scoreboard before Joe O'Brien found the equaliser.

Tense moments unfolded throughout the second half before a ball in from Reece Allan was headed in by Lee Stewart just five minutes from time.

The three-points moves City to sixth place on the division one table and two-points behind Kingsway Olympic in fifth.

Mandurah are back on the road next week with another true test facing fourth place Ashfield SC.
