Mandurah to host WAFLW decider

Peel Thunder have been awarded the right to host the WAFLW grand final at David Grays Arena.

The final will be played on the weekend of the 3/4 July and Peel was selected after a competitive tender process across the clubs.

Peel Thunder CEO Paul Lekias said the club was excited to host the event.

“This is a great opportunity for our club to showcase our fantastic facility and continue to promote and grow female football in Western Australia,”

“Alongside the WAFC and the City of Mandurah, we will partner to deliver a first-class event for the competition."

Peel Thunder's WAFLW side take on Swan Districts in the second-semi final this weekend.
