Matildas star Sam Kerr has been signed to the Chelsea Football Club on a two-and-a-half-year contract.
Kerr will head over to the Blues when the mid-season transfer window opens, to then play in the second half of the FA Women's Super League (WSL).
"The WSL is the best league in Europe," Kerr said in a statement.
"I want team success and I don't want it to come easy.
"I feel Chelsea have been building something special over the years and I want to be a part of that. I want to lift some trophies."
The 26-year-old striker had previously played between Perth Glory in the W-League and Chicago Red Stars in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) in the United States.
