Dockers veteran David Mundy is in discussions with the club to extend his contract into season 2022.
Speaking on his 36th birthday Mundy said he hadn't been offered a new contract as of yet but were in discussions.
“With my age and one-year contracts and the profile and demographic of our group, it comes into all of these conversations. I’m happy to be at a place where we’re having conversations.”
Mundy will play his 350th match against the Swans on Sunday.
“It’s obviously pretty special but I always feel like the 50 milestones, the 150, 250 and now 350, are a little bit of a placeholder waiting for the big 100s,” he said.
“I’ve said along the journey I want to play as long as I can and I’m contributing effectively on field. I feel like I’m doing that at the moment and pulling up really well.”
