PFNL gain Netball licence

The Peel Football and Netball League have been handed a licence in the re-structured WA Netball League.

PFNL will become the eighth club to be handed a license and will enter the competition at the beginning of the 2020 season.

The re-structured WANL begins on Friday night at the WA Netball Centre.

General Manager of Operations Geoff Hiller said it was an exciting time.

“I think it gives us that direction that we need. It also allows this area to develop even further than it has already and it also encompasses all those other regions.” Hiller said.

“We’ve got eight clubs involved already and we’ve got another club interested in coming on board next year so the growth is continuing. We have got a lot of talent.”
