Ashton Agar, Mitch and Shaun Marsh have been included in Australia's Test match squad for the tour of the UAE.
The Aussies will meet Pakistan in two Test matches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in their first assignment under new coach WA's Justin Langer.
Victorian quick Peter Siddle has been recalled in the absence of Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins and will boost the fast bowling stocks alongside Mitchell Starc.
Uncapped Queenslanders Brendan Doggett, Michael Neser and Marnus Labuschagne are all in the squad announced on Tuesday.
Australian Chairman of Selectors Trevor Hohns said the squad put together was a blend of youth and experience.
"It’s a blend of experienced players who have a significant amount of either Test or first-class cricket, and a number of younger players who we are confident are ready for the Test arena," Hohns said.
"Looking at the conditions we may face in the UAE, we believe this squad covers all bases. We have selected four front-line fast bowlers and three spinners, with Mitchell Marsh ready to play as an all-rounder and a number of top-order batsmen who also offer part-time spin options."
