Wildcats start season on a high

The Perth Wildcats have burst out of the blocks scoring a 99-91 victory over the Adelaide 36ers.

Perth had control in the third quarter leading by 15-points before a small 36ers fightback put the game back in the balance.

Adelaide hit the front with just over five minutes left in the final term.

The Wildcats steadied in the final few minutes with Bryce Cotton playing a vital role.

Cotton finished with 22-points and five assists while import Terico White scored 20-points.
