Emotion Coaching your Child

A single‑session workshop that introduces parents and caregivers to the skills of emotion coaching, helping them support their child’s emotional development and strengthen connection. It emphasises building emotional awareness, empathy, and secure relationships.

While parenting can be rewarding, it can also feel overwhelming—particularly when children experience strong emotions. This workshop highlights that children learn how to manage emotions through caregivers, and that developing emotional competence is key to long‑term wellbeing and success.

It also draws on research showing that emotional intelligence (EQ) is a strong predictor of life outcomes and can be nurtured through supportive parenting approaches.
