Joanne Colely has painted celebrities in Australia and internationally and have recently illustrated a book for the Duchess of York. She runs fun, motivational art classes for kids at The Westerly Family Centre every Sunday during the school holidays. Sometimes she can manage to get their work up on Perth Yagan tower!
This week they will be painting Metallic Chameleons! and yes he glows in the dark in with fluorescent colours!!
