Join Pinjarra Connect and Fearless Women's Circle at the Pinjarra Civic Centre, Sunday 8th March for their International Women's Day event.
Carolyne and Linda from the Fearless Women’s Circle will lead a sound healing and guided meditation to teach a technique of commencing every day with a focus on self-love. This will be followed by Yoga for Nervous System Resilience. Rochelle Jolley will lead us in this breath centred practice which calms the nervous system, improves breathing and increases the body-mind connection.
You will then be treated to a selection of mouth-watering treats. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be available. Learn how to play a djembe drum and experience the joy of participating in a drum circle.
International Women's Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements for women and marks a call to action for accelerating gender equality. The theme for 2020 is #generationequality to encourage all generations to support each other and work together to make a difference in our communities.
