A single‑session workshop that supports parents and caregivers to better understand adolescence and strengthen their relationship with their teenager. It focuses on insight, communication, and connection during this challenging stage.
Parenting teenagers can be complex and stressful as young people undergo significant mental, physical, and emotional changes. This workshop helps parents make sense of these changes and respond more effectively to their teen’s behaviour.
Participants gain practical knowledge and strategies, including:
