The parents of a schoolboy who was bashed at a Baldivis park say they are disgusted older teenage boys attacked their son.
Lyncon Owen, 11, was set upon by the group on Monday afternoon after he asked for his friend’s scooter back which one of them had stolen.
He was punched and kicked and had to be taken to hospital with a possible broken nose, bruising and a cut to his lip that required stitches.

“It’s just soul-destroying when you see your child covered in blood and hurting and crying,” Lyncon’s mother Julie Owen told Seven News.
Lyncon’s father Gavin Owen wants the parents of the boys involved to be held accountable.
“I want the parents to be accountable as well and be aware of what their kids are doing,” Mr Owen said.
“It was sheer violence.”
The incident has been reported to police.
