Peel Thunder premiership player Brady Grey will depart the club after seven seasons.
The 29-year-old played 91 games for Peel since 2014 and 128 WAFL games in total after stints with West Coast and Perth.
"Brady has accepted an exciting opportunity in the eastern states, where his partner is based and to further progress his career in the AFL industry," A Peel Thunder spokesperson said.
"Peel Thunder Football Club and the WAFL family sends their best wishes to Brady and thanks him for his significant contribution. We will miss his bright smile, leadership, caring personality and watching him run up and down the wings at Lane Group Stadium with the socks up!"
Grey said Peel Thunder was a home away from home for him and his family since moving to WA in 2013.
"I am so grateful for the memories that have been created through playing at this club and I am privileged to have made life-long connections will all players and coaches over my journey," he said.
"To leave season 2024 with a win on grand final day with the best possible way to finish, and with such a special group that will no doubt continue to grow from strength to strength.
"I can't wait to see what the future holds for this group."
