The 50-year-old Byford resident will front court tomorrow.
Major Crash Investigators have charged a 50-year-old man for allegedly causing a fatal crash.
Police said on November 16 2017 the Byford motorist was involved in a traffic incident in Bateman where a 42-year-old man died.
He's been charged with one count of driver fail to report an incident occasioning death or grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear in Fremantle Magistrates Court tomorrow.
