A Byford man has been charged after allegedly taking a photo up the skirt of a woman while she was working at a shop in Cannington.
Police have charged a 26-year-old man from Byford over yesterday's incident at a shop on the Albany Highway.
It will be alleged that around 10.15am the man went into the store and engaged the 20-year-old female employee in conversation.
The man walked in and out of the shop a number of times.
During one occasion, he allegedly recorded up her skirt using his mobile phone.
The man has been charged with indecent act in public and will appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on November 30.
