A child care centre worker has been charged after allegedly installing a hidden camera in the staff bathroom.
The 50-year-old man who was employed as a groundsman at the centre in Karawara allegedly recorded staff using the bathroom between January and February this year.
On February 16, police searched the man's Gosnells home and allegedly seized various recordings of the staff members.
Detectives say the videos were isolated to the staff area only.
The man has been charged with six counts of unlawfully installing an optical device and destruction of evidence.
He is due to appear before the Armadale Magistrates Court today.
