Two people have died and a child has been seriously injured following a crash in Ravenswood.
Emergency services were called to Pinjarra Road near Nancarrow Way around 11.55am on Sunday after a white Toyota Hilux tray top utility and a grey Mazda CX5 collided head-on.
The driver of the Toyota , a 73-year-old man, was taken to Peel Health Campus but sadly could not be revived.
The driver of the Mazda, a 66-year-old woman, tragically died at the scene.
A nine-year-old girl, who was a passenger in the Mazda, was airlifted to Perth Children's Hospital with serious injuries.
