The City has partnered again with Business Foundations to deliver free one-on-one business advisory sessions to help local small businesses in their COVID-19 recoveries.

The program is the latest partnership between the City and Business Foundations, and follows a series of free emergency advisory sessions that were delivered to the business community earlier this year when COVID-19 first became a major economic issue.

Business Foundations advisors will offer a personalised advisory service of up to three hours by providing advice over the phone or online, with the aim of preparing businesses as the Australian Government and State Government continue to cautiously ease restrictions.

City of Rockingham Mayor Barry Sammels said the Rockingham Business Rebound Program would be offered free of charge through the City’s Small Business Support Program.

“Since COVID-19 began to have a major economic impact, the City has been working hard to provide as much support as possible to the small business community,” Mayor Sammels said.

“The Rockingham Business Rebound Program is a great opportunity for operators to get expert advice and support in areas including financial analysis, organisational design, business planning and supply chain diversification.

“Limited places are available in the program, so the City encourages small businesses to sign up as soon as possible.”
