Detectives are calling for further witnesses to a serious crash in Warnbro.
Just after 7:30pm on Thursday August 23, a green Ford sedan was travelling south on Ennis Avenue.
As the driver turned into Royal Palm Drive the vehicle collided with a Subaru Outback that was travelling north on Ennis Avenue.
The impact caused the Outback to roll several times before coming to rest on a median strip 50m north of the intersection.
The 37-year-old male driver of the Outback was flown to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC Rescue Helicopter with serious injuries.
The driver of the Ford, a 46-year-old woman, was conveyed to Rockingham Hospital as a precaution.
Major Crash Investigators are seeking witnesses to the crash or saw either vehicle travelling prior to the crash.
