Police are investigating an incident in Mandurah where a parked car was hit in front of witnesses and the driver decided to leave fake contact information.
It happened in Barracks Lane between 12:10pm and 1:20pm on October 27.
A white twin cab utility reversed into a black Holden utility causing an estimated $1500 damage.
Witnessed by onlookers, the driver exited the vehicle and left behind contact details that police believe are not correct.
Police believe the men wearing hi-vis can assist with their inquiries.
