Fire and Rescue Service and Volunteer Fire and Rescue firefighters were called to a structure fire in Singleton early this morning.
Emergency services attended the Finn Court residential property and found the house fully engulfed in flame.
It took firefighters 40 minutes to bring the blaze under control.
Police and Western Power were also on the scene.
Fire Investigation Officers are now investigating the cause of the fire.
