Rockingham Detectives are investigating two incidents that occurred at the same residence in Shoalwater late last week.
Around 5am Friday 14 December 2018, a projectile was fired at the front of a house on Frederick Street. No one was injured during the incident. Investigations have revealed that the projectile was from a firearm.
Around 11pm the following evening, Saturday 15 December 2018, a burglary occurred at the address when a group of males gained entry by smashing a front window. Once inside a number of items were stolen including a portable safe. Upon leaving the address, the males removed a number of external CCTV cameras before leaving.
Detectives are calling for anyone with dash-cam or CCTV footage from the Frederick Street Shoalwater area around the time of both incidents to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make an online report at www.crimestopperswa.com.au. People providing information to Crime Stoppers may remain anonymous if they wish.
