Local fire crews were kept busy this morning following two separate fires in Barragup and Mandurah.
A mini van burst into flames along Pinjarra Road in Barragup around 7.30am.
The cause was believed to be an electrical fault.
There was no reports of any injuries.
About 15 minutes later, firefighters were called out to a house fire on Scott Street in Mandurah.
It's understood squatters may have set fire to the vacant home.
Police are investigating.
