Police said a Holden Commodore failed to stop and hit three other vehicles before coming to a halt on Old Coast Road near Scenic Drive.
Authorities reported three vehicles were struck in the process, no injuries have been recorded yet.
Pedestrians and other motorists reported the Commodore was driving dangerously.
One person said the driver crossed onto the other side of the road into oncoming traffic when the Commodore collided with an SUV driver by a female.
Reports from other people said the road is still currently closed.
The car came to a stop on Old Coast road near Scenic Drive in Falcon.
