A multiple car crash has caused major traffic delays in Mandurah this morning.
A three car pile-up on Mandurah Road is causing traffic headaches for commuters this morning.
Just after 8.30 it's understood cars ploughed into the back of one another on Mandurah Road near Mandurah Terrace heading into town.
A second crash happened moments later in the same area, with one car colliding with the back of another car after suddenly breaking at the scene of the original crash.
Police have now blocked the right hand lane with traffic moving slowly into Mandurah.
One witness said she watched as two cars behind her were involved in the second accident.
"One car had its front end pushed up to the windscreen after crashing into the back of another car," she said.
