Bus replacement services will be running.
Transperth said late night trains on the Mandurah Line will be affected by an early morning closure on Sunday July 1.
Trains will not be operating between Rockingham and Mandurah stations with the last full-line service to depart from Perth at 12.15 am and from Mandurah from 12.59am.
Train replacement bus Route 909 will run between Rockingham and Mandurah while trains are cancelled.
Passengers are urged to allow extra travelling time and be aware that replacement buses may not connect with timetabled bus and train services.
Due to space restrictions, bicycles will not be permitted on Transperth buses.
Trains will resume from 7.30am departing Perth and 6.29am departing Mandurah on Sunday July 1.
