We've been given more time to browse the bottle-o with a decision to extend opening hours to 10pm.
One of the most crucial parts of any good festive season gathering is a good drink, but when things get busy we can't be in two places at once.
The Director of Liquor Licensing is allowing extended Sunday trading for Western Australian liquor stores over the festive season.
We'll see bottle shops trading from 8am to 10pm on December 10 and 17, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Regional bottle shops can open from 10am to 10pm on those same dates.
Racing and Gaming and Small Business Minister Paul Papalia has welcomed the decision, considering Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve both fall on Sunday this year.
"It gives consumers the flexibility during this busy time of year to purchase their liquor at a convenient time, and cuts costs for many small businesses," he said.
