A 27-year-old will front court today following a half an hour stand-off with Police.
A 27-year-old Midland man will front Rockingham Magistrates Court today following an incident in Baldivis yesterday.
Just before 12.30pm Rockingham Detectives and the Tactical Response Group were called to a home on Sandgate Boulevard in Baldivis to speak with a man in relation to an ongoing investigation.
On the officers arrival it's alleged the man fled the house, jumping two neighbouring fences before climbing onto the roof of another home.
The 27-year-old remained on the roof for around half an hour before a police negotiator helped the man surrender to authorities.
Seven West media reports the man was wanted over an alleged burglary and breach of bail conditions for a series of stealing, driving and drug possession charges already before the courts.
The Midland man will front court today on a string of charges including aggravated burglary, stealing, steal a motor vehicle, breach of bail and trespass.
