A man has been charged with murder following the discovery of a body at a home in Perth's north.
Homicide Squad Detectives were investigating after discovering a body at a rental property in Balga.
Authorities were called to a home at Balga Avenue on Sunday afternoon where they located the body of a man.
A 39-year-old Balga man has now been charged with murder and will appear before the Perth Magistrate's Court today.
