Mandurah was hardest hit by overnight hail with SES crews called out to 29 jobs, most of them in Meadow Springs.
SES crews were called out to 29 homes as isolated thunderstorms cells caused damage, mainly to rooves.
Meadow Springs was hardest hit with localised hail also blanketing Greenfields and parts of Mandurah.
The Weather Bureau said one to two days of thunderstorm activity in November is not unusual.
Most of the activity overnight was west of Rottnest.
