Three family members have pleaded not guilty to the murder of Parmelia man Matthew Kyle Fisher-Turner.
The 24-year-old’s body was found in a freshly-dug grave at the Parmelia home where he grew up in October 2016, almost a month after he was last seen alive.
Ernest Fisher and his two children, Hannah Jade Fisher-Turner and Joshua Douglas Fisher-Turner have pleaded not guilty to the murder of their son and brother.
66-year-old Ernest Fisher was charged with murder while 20-year-old Hannah and 27-year old Joshua were charged with being accessories after the fact to murder.
All appeared via video link in the Stirling Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
They were remanded in custody to appear in the Supreme Court on November 13.
