A 64-year-old woman has been killed after her car crashed into a tree in Parkfield.
Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal crash which occurred on Cathedral Avenue on Wednesday, September 13.
At about 1:30pm a Toyota sedan was travelling northbound on Cathedral Avenue near Buffalo Road, when it left the road and collided with a tree.
The 64-year old driver tragically died of her injuries at the scene.
Police are seeking witnesses who may have seen the vehicle driving prior to the crash.
