The popular Peel Zoo in Pinjarra is up for sale for $699,000 with the current owners moving on after buying a sanctuary interstate.
The advertised price for the 2.8 hectare zoo includes all of the animals and a long-term lease.
For anyone thinking of taking over the Peel tourist attraction, Broker Brad Wallace says no prior experience is necessary.
Current owners Narelle MacPherson and David Cobbold are selling after buying the bigger Warrawong Sanctuary in South Australia.
Mr Cobbold told Seven West Media Peel Zoo had proved so successful it had enabled the couple to upgrade to the 11.3ha which was opened by renowned Australian environmentalist John Wamsley in 1985.
"We feel like our job at Peel is done and we’re ready for a new challenge.”

Some of the most valuable animals included in the deal are 2 black-headed pythons and four frilled-neck lizards - $800 each, 1 South West carpet python - $700, 2 southern hairy-nosed wombats $500 each, 2 common wombats and five pink cockatoos worth $500 each.
