Regional Investigation Unit detectives are investigating an attempted armed robbery that occurred in Rockingham on Saturday 26 October 2019.
Around 11:15am, a man has entered a bank on Chalgrove Avenue, delivered a note to the teller and produced a knife.
The teller has attracted the attention of her colleague who also read the note. He has then activated an alarm.
Attempting to leave, the man has run into the locked automatic doors twice, before running off along Central Avenue.
The man was seen carrying a large canvas bag and wearing a bum bag. The man was also wearing a high-vis shirt.
