Police are on the hunt for an accused member of the "Evil 8" paedophile ring after he failed to appear in court.
Alfred John Impicciatore, who is accused of sexually abusing a young girl who was pimped out by her father, was due to stand trial this week, but did not turn up to face the jury.
A bench warrant was issued for his arrest on Tuesday, but police failed to find the 47-year-old overnight.
Impicciatore has pleaded not guilty to four charges of sexually penetrating a child under 16, and one count of possessing child exploitation material.
He has previously failed to appear in court while out on bail.
Impicciatore is possibly driving a stolen white 2011 Holden Commodore sedan, with damage to the front right hand side bumper and has the registration number 1EVB437.
Anyone who sees him or has any information in relation to his whereabouts is asked to call police on 131 444.
