Police release images of men who bashed and robbed elderly Mandurah woman

Police have released composite images of two men who bashed and robbed an elderly Mandurah woman.

Police are still hunting two men who attacked an elderly woman before stealing items from her Mandurah home.

The 73-year-old woman was covering her gopher which was parked on the front porch of her home on Mandurah Terrace about 5pm on April 13 when she was confronted by two men

One man pushed the woman into her house before hitting her on the head with an unknown object.

When the woman regained consciousness she realised various items had been stolen including her handbag and jewellery with great sentimental value.

The woman was conveyed by ambulance to the Peel Health Campus where she was treated for her injuries.

Detectives have released composite images of two men they believe would be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man who assaulted her is described as being in his late 20s, dark skinned, approximately 183cms tall with a solid build.

He was wearing dark coloured tracksuit pants and top.

The second man is described as around the same age, dark skinned, approximately 180cms tall, with dark hair.

He was wearing a dark coloured hooded jumper and tracksuit pants.

Detectives would like to speak to anyone who were in the area around the time of the incident who may have seen any suspicious activity, people or vehicles in the area.
