Mandurah Police are trying to locate Phoden Toko-Moses who was last seen at her Lakelands home on Sunday.
UPDATE: Phoden has bee found safe and well.
Mandurah Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of missing 15-year-old girl, Phoden Toko-Moses who was last seen leaving her Lakelands home on Sunday.
Phoden is described as approximately 165cm tall with tanned skin, a thin build, dark long hair and a tongue piercing.
She was last seen wearing black and white polka dot pyjamas and a grey hoodie.
Concerns are held for her welfare and anyone with information regarding Phoden’s whereabouts, are asked to call police on 131 444.
