It's understood the home will be taken off the market following an overnight fire.
A home on San Sebastian Boulevard in Port Kennedy has been semi engulfed in flames as a fire broke out overnight.
Just after 10.00pm last night fire fighters were called to the home to extinguish the flames.
The damage bill is estimated at around $300,000.
The home was listed online to sell for $360,000.
Arson Squad detectives will head to the scene today to investigate the cause of the fire, no one was home at the time.
