Police are appealing for information about a rock throwing incident near Mandurah train station where the windscreen of a car was smashed during peak hour traffic on Monday morning.
It happened at about 8:30am yesterday when a woman was driving a Holden Commodore along Mandurah Road.
An unknown person(s) threw a rock at the car from the eastern side of Mandurah Road in Greenfields.
Police said the rock cracked the windscreen.
Luckily the driver and four children in the car - aged 3 to 10 - were not injured.
In a Facebook post the woman described the incident as extremely dangerous and scary.
"I hate to think what would of happened to my son if the rock had of gone completely through the window."
