It's another day of wild weather across Mandurah and the South West with a third cold front in as many days sticking around for the rest of Monday.
Wind gusts so far in Manduah have topped 70 km/h, the latest recorded at 10:18am.
We can expect showers and strong winds for most of today as that cold front continues to move over the South West.
The official forecast is for a cloudy day, very high (95%) chance of showers, most likely in the morning and late evening.
Winds northwesterly 40 to 50 km/h tending westerly in the morning then decreasing to 30 to 40 km/h in the evening.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Service says people in Mandurah, the Murray River basin, Harvey River, Bunbury, Preston River, Busselton, Margaret River and Blackwood River catchments should take care after rising water levels in local rivers and streams.
Rainfall over SW to 9am Mon: Widespread 15 - 25mm, isolated falls to 35mm.
