Bunbury Detectives need the public's help with information regarding an attempted vehicle theft in Myalup.
Just before midnight a the driver of a Star Track truck with a double trailer was parked at a truck stop south of the Settlers Roadhouse near Forest Highway.
A man assaulted the driver and attempted to steal the truck.
The driver received minor injuries.
It’s not known if the offender fled in a vehicle or on foot.
Anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident and saw the truck parked or any other vehicles or people in the area is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
